Ciekawostka o Rodzińskim ang

A painting painted by Stanisław Rodziński, a Cracow-based artist and professor of the Academy of Fine Arts, stood by the desk of Cardinal Ratzinger. Cardinal Ratzinger spotted "The Crucifixion" painting in the Roman home of Ludmiła and Stanisław Grygiel and found it an extraordinary work. When the author learned about it, he painted a copy, which was presented to the cardinal. Later, thanks to the photographs of the desk of the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith published in his books, it turned out that the painting by Rodziński stood on a table next to Cardinal Ratzinger’s desk and was continually at his workplace.
